Erica Paige Kenan

Erica Paige Kenan has been a dedicated REALTOR® since 2018, serving the communities of Houston, Texas, and Atlanta, Georgia. She is a Spelman alumna with a master's degree in public administration and a concentration in nonprofit management from the University of North Texas. Her service-oriented approach to being a REALTOR® is informed by her background in public service, with experience in local and federal government administrations. 

As a REALTOR®, Erica is highly motivated to educate her clients by emphasizing integrity and effective communication at every stage of the home buying/selling process. Erica prides herself on being a faith-based agent as Erica passion for real estate has resulted in over 48 million dollars in sales volume since the start of her career in 2018. In her free time, Erica loves to cook, travel and spend time with her husband and two children. Erica's hobbies include reading, traveling, and singing.
